1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and Judy88 ("Judy88", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Judy88 website located at https://judy88.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and account features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy.

2. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account"
  The personal account registered by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, place bets, process transactions, and manage preferences.
• "Bonus Funds"
  Promotional credits, free bet credits, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account by Judy88 subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Real Funds"
  Funds deposited by the Player using an approved payment method, held in the Player's Account for the purpose of placing bets or playing games.
• "KYC"
  Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process that Judy88 may require before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.
• "Wagering Requirement"
  The total monetary value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., x15, x20) of the original bonus amount.
• "Services"
  All products, features, and functions offered on the Platform including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, and promotional programs.
• "MYR" / "RM"
  Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used for all transactions on the Judy88 Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

Registration and use of the Judy88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Judy88 does not permit individuals under 21 to register, deposit, wager, or participate in any Platform activity. Age verification may be required at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and third parties acting on behalf of another individual may not register an Account.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Judy88 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed by Judy88 or any other gambling operator, that would prevent you from accessing gambling services.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and update that information promptly if it changes.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Judy88 Account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether in the same name, different names, or through a proxy — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Judy88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to protect your credentials.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Judy88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of unusual Account activity. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Malaysian National Identification Card (MyKad), a recent utility bill or bank statement matching your registered address, and a selfie photograph where instructed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that the personal information recorded on your Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number, is accurate and kept current. Judy88 will not process withdrawal requests to payment accounts held in a name that does not match your registered Account name.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

Judy88 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts

The current minimum deposit is RM30. Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily limits vary by payment method and Account tier. Current limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your Account. Judy88 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically credited instantly to your Account balance. FPX and online banking transfers may take 5 to 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. Judy88 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified.
• All active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied.
• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations or disputes.
• The withdrawal must not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits for your Account tier.
• The receiving payment account must be registered in your legal name as it appears on your Judy88 Account.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Judy88 reserves the right to deduct a monthly dormancy administration fee from the remaining balance after providing written notice by email to the address registered on the Account. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotional offers made available on the Judy88 Platform, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, referral rewards, birthday bonuses, and VIP tier benefits, are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms, bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) and eligible games are stated in the offer details. Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement; slots typically contribute at 100%, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10%–20%).

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While bonus funds are active on your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. This limit is specified in each promotion's terms and is typically in the range of RM50 to RM250. Placing a bet that exceeds the applicable maximum while using bonus funds may result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of rollover progress.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the Account. Typical expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days as stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been withdrawn by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

Judy88 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotion where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedge bets solely to satisfy rollover requirements, or using software tools to circumvent promotional conditions. Winnings derived from abusive bonus activity may be voided.

6.6 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Funds

Certain promotions carry a maximum cash-out restriction on bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this limit is clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Winnings in excess of the maximum cash-out cap may be removed from your Account prior to withdrawal processing.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Judy88 Platform, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, or other eligible wagering opportunities, are subject to the specific rules of the respective game or market as displayed on the Platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted those rules.

7.2 System Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects a game or bet outcome, Judy88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return Real Funds staked to the respective Player Accounts. Judy88 is not liable for winnings generated as a result of a documented system error.

7.3 Sports Betting and Live Markets

Judy88 offers sports betting markets across EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, NBA, and other eligible sporting events. Pre-match and in-play (live) markets are available on eligible events. Judy88 reserves the right to suspend, close, or void markets at its discretion, including where suspicious wagering patterns are identified or where official results are subject to appeal.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within the game or betting interface. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice. Judy88 also reserves the right to impose personalised stake restrictions on individual Accounts where unusual betting activity is identified.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Judy88 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Opening, operating, or controlling more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using software robots, bots, automated scripts, crawlers, data scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated wagering designed to guarantee profit or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to launder money, facilitate fraudulent transactions, or use the Platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Engaging in chargebacks or requesting reversal of legitimate, completed transactions from your payment provider.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account, circumvent security controls, or compromise the integrity of the Platform.
• Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without express written authorisation from Judy88.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Judy88 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name "Judy88", logos, trademarks, service marks, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio-visual material, software code, and database structures, is the exclusive property of Judy88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. No rights or licences are transferred to you beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Platform as intended.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Judy88, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Real Funds resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity disruptions, hardware failures, or third-party service outages beyond Judy88's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays or failures in payment processing attributable to third-party payment processors.

Nothing in this section shall limit Judy88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by Judy88

Judy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory instruction.

11.2 Effect of Closure

Upon Account closure for cause, Judy88 may withhold, freeze, or forfeit all or part of the Account balance, including real funds and bonus funds, pending investigation or as a proportionate sanction for confirmed misconduct. Where an Account is closed without cause, any verified Real Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

11.3 Closure by the Player

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting Judy88 support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved. Verified real fund balances will be returned within a reasonable timeframe following a closure request.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by the Judy88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and other third parties required to deliver the Services.

Judy88 applies SSL encryption, access controls, and industry-standard security practices to protect personal and financial data. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security, and Judy88 encourages players to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.

13. Responsible Gambling

Judy88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all users. Gambling is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. Judy88 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21 years of age and provides the following responsible gambling tools to eligible players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum uninterrupted play session durations.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).

14. Amendments to These Terms

Judy88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend that you review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes. Material changes that significantly affect Player rights will be communicated via the email address registered on your Account where reasonably practicable.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you should first contact Judy88 support to seek an informal resolution. Judy88 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable period and to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.

Players agree that any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under applicable rules before any litigation is commenced. Nothing in this clause limits Judy88's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
